Organized Labor FROM A MANAGEMENT PERSPECTIVE

For the first time in decades, the organized labor movement is resurgent across the Northeast. Led by organizing activity among younger workers in previously “union-proof” workplaces, the number of representation elections continues to increase year over year. This blog aims to highlight some of the bigger developments in the organized labor space in New England from a management-side perspective, with a focus on the often-neglected Northern states. The hope is to inform and share experience with managers and fellow practitioners alike.
